If coming by bullet train, ride the Joetsu Shinkansen Line (上越新幹線) to the Jomo Kogen Station (上毛高原駅). At the station, board a bus headed for Sarugakyo Onsen (猿ヶ京温泉行). After riding the bus for about 30 minutes, disembark at the bus stop in front of the Lawson convenience store (Gakko Iriguchi Stop) and continue on foot, in the same direction as the bus was travelling, for about 300 m (5 minutes). Look for the entrance to Bungy Japan’s driveway on the right-hand side, directly opposite Le Vent Vert Kokyo (ル・ヴァンベール湖郷) and just before the pedestrian bridge.

If coming by local train, take the JR Joetsu Line [上越線] to Gokan Station [後閑駅]. At the station, board a bus headed for Sarugakyo Onsen (猿ヶ京温泉行). ■ How to get to Sarugakyo Bungy from Route 17
① If you are coming from Tokyo and the south, after passing the lakeside Lawson convenience store for about 300m, you will see a pedestrian bridge and “Le Vent Vert Kokyo (ル・ヴァンベール湖郷)” on the left. Go up the slope on the right just before the pedestrian bridge.
② Go up the steep slope and you will see Parking area on the left.
※Please do not park anywhere else other than this location
③ Go further up the slope and turn left and continue (the road gets pretty narrow at this point). Follow the path to get to reception and the bridge.

Making a booking signifies that all jumpers in the group have read through the participation requirements below (including Age and Weight Restrictions, Cancellation Policy, Health and Medical Considerations and No Alcohol before jumping policy) and agree to the terms stated. Bookings can be made online or by phone.

Bookings are essential if you wish to ensure that you are able to jump at a time that is convenient for you especially on weekends and public holidays.
Here are some things to keep in mind regarding our booking procedure:
Health Conditions. In order for us to ensure that your Bungy Jump experience is safe and enjoyable, it is important that you make us aware of any medical conditions you have before you jump. Please note that suffering from any of the following medical conditions won’t necessarily prevent you from jumping. Bungy jumping is an adrenaline activity that will increase your blood pressure & heart rate and it is helpful if our staff understand what we are dealing with ahead of time. All our staff have received first aid training and a licensed responder is on site at all times. If you suffer from or are taking medication for any of the conditions listed below, please inform us in advance via the contact form.

* Note that operation may be suspended in cases where safety is not guaranteed (i.e. heavy snowfall)
We conduct bungy operations in all weather even in the rain. However, please note that on the day, jumps may be canceled if there is a typhoon warning or a sudden rise in the river. In that case, we will contact you as soon as we've decided the conditions are unfavorable.
Regarding cancellation:
If it is determined that the jump cannot be provided safely due to heavy rain, storm, or other disasters, maintenance, inspections, etc., it may be unavoidably canceled. In case of cancellation, we will contact you by phone as soon as possible. In that case, no cancellation fee will be charged.
* Please note that we will not be able to compensate for travel expenses, accommodation expenses, rental car expenses, etc., even if your jump is canceled after arriving at the site.
