Health Conditions

In order for us to ensure that your Bungy Jump experience is safe and enjoyable it is important that you make us aware of any medical conditions you have before your jump. Bungy jumping is an adrenalin activity that will (hopefully) increase your blood pressure and heart rate.  Our staff are fully trained to deal with any situation that could arise on the bungy jump site but it helps us alot if we know what we are dealing with ahead of time.

Please check the list below and inform the staff if any of the following health conditions apply at least 3 days before your jump.

Please note that many of the folowing medical conditions will not prevent you from jumping...

・Heart Conditions (especially if you need medication)

・Epilepsy

・High Blood Pressure (especially if you need medication)

・Diabetes (especially if you need medication)

・Recent or Recurring Dislocations (shoulder, colar bone etc...)

・Asthma (especially if you need medication)

・Neurological Disorders

・Prosthetic Limbs

・Recent Eye Surgery

・Bone Disorders

・Intoxication (you will not be allowed to jump if you have been drinking.)

・Recent Surgery

※If you have recently been injured or been in an accident and are concerned please ask our staff. The general rule is that if you are active at the moment and can partake in any sporting activity (such as skiing, soccer or extreme train spotting) then bungy jumping will be fine.

※We do not allow pregnant women to bungy jump

What to Bring

Although some may tell you to bring a spare pair of underpants, generally all you really need to bring on the day is a positive attitude, a dash of determination and a sense of challenge and adventure. However, here are a couple of things to keep in mind when planning your trip -

1. A spare set of dry clothes and a towel.
If it is raining you will get wet so these items are a great idea if the weather report doesn’t look so good.

2. Glasses Band/Strap
If you wear glasses and can’t see anything without them then we recommend bringing along a secure strap that will hold them to your face even when hanging upside down.

What to Wear

Most people when they bungy jump wear clothes.

When deciding what to wear on the day here are a couple of suggesstions that might help you decide -

1. Clothing - Loose fitting and comfortable - keep in mind that you will be hanging upside down for a while so a skirt could be embarrasing.

2. Shoes - The path back from the bungy recovery area can be slippery, uneven and dirty so perhaps not the same shoes you wear to the club in Shibuya.

** Sandals, Thongs, Flip Flops and Crocs are all fine if you are cautious.
